Niall Ransford is a Seattle based guitar and theorbo player. He has studied under Scott Kritzer, Richard Kolb, Renée Louprette and many more fine musicians while at Bard College, where he received his BA in Music. He currently performs throughout the Seattle area as a soloist, band member and chamber musician and is a founding member of the Goldfinch Duet with pianist Mary Douglas. Niall loves spreading the joy of music to his students and currently teaches guitar and lute at Dusty Strings.
