Our Hiring Hall is for musicians interested in having their specific qualifications regarding the instruments they play and musical styles they perform professionally shared with employers who engage musicians at industry standard rates of pay for their productions or events. All professional musicians are eligible to register for the Hiring Hall list whether members of Local 76-493 or not as long as they are willing to sign off on the Hiring Hall Rules, complete the Hiring Hall Member Information Sheet and the Authorization For Check Off Of Work Dues form and pay the one-time registration fee. These forms may be found below.
What is the difference between the Hiring Hall List and our Local’s roster?
There are a few differences. One big difference is that Local 76-493’s Roster is made up of members in good standing. These include members who may be retired and or who live in other regions of the country now. They have retained membership in our Local but aren’t available to work in our area. Another important difference is that our Roster is not set up to inform prospective clients of the styles and experience levels of our members. Whereas the Hiring Hall List is made up solely of musicians, member and non-member, who want to inform employers that they are available to work and in what capacities they are uniquely qualified to perform in.

Next, fill out all the fields in the submission form below, as well as upload the 3 pdfs. The cost is $50 to have your name and musical credentials included in the Hiring Hall List.
