Ed HartmanEd Hartman Percussion Studio is a fully equipped teaching studio featuring instruction on most percussion instruments: Drumset, Classical/Marching Snare Drum for School Concert Band, Marimba, Vibraphone ("Vibes"), Timpani, Congas, Hand Percussion, Symphonic Percussion - basically anything you hit with your hands or a stick! The studio, in Wallingford features a video camera (bring your own blank video tape and record!), and play a-long (Ed plays keyboards-its the rest of the band!)

Principal Percussion with the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra and 20 years of teaching experience in percussion performance including mallet keyboards, timpani, snare drum, drum set, world percussion, chamber music, and anything else you can hit, scrape or shake to make a sound! Private, professional studio located at the Broadway Center for Performing Arts in downtown Tacoma. 30, 45, and 60 min lessons available on percussion, beginning piano, or music theory.
Brian M. Yarkosky, B.M., M.M.Mr. Yarkosky's specialties include drum set, marimba, snare drum, symphonic percussion, timpani, Afro-Cuban and Brazilian percussion as well as MIDI programming and electronic percussion. He teaches out of his Ballard studio, and is willing to travel for in-home lessons.
